We are a team of licensed general contractors and certified home inspectors with 20-plus years of experience working in the beautiful mountains of North Georgia. Blue Ridge Home Inspections is proud to provide realtors, potential homeowners, and those who need a second opinion with non-biased inspections when they need it. We serve Ellijay and Blairsville primarily, and we certainly can’t forget Blue Ridge.

ICA Certified
The ICA, also known as Inspection Certification Associates, is the leading inspection school. Every member of our team completes the ICA course and becomes certified, so we can all provide you with the best service and knowledge around!
Certified Draw Inspector Professional
A draw inspector is commonly hired by a bank to evaluate the progress of a home build that they are funding. While not required, we have taken the steps to become certified in those types of inspections. This guarantees that we have the fullest extent of knowledge to best service our clients! Draw inspections aren't limited to just banks, anyone can hire us to complete these types of inspections, just give us a call!
NRPP Certification
The NRPP, or National Radon Proficiency Program, is a certification program that ensures the high standards of practice for radon measurement and mitigation professionals. While not required in Georgia, we wanted to take the extra step to provide our clients with the best service we possibly can, so we are Radon Measurement Professionals! On top of that, we are the only NRPP Certified RMPs in Fannin, Gilmer, Union, and Pickens County!
Sewer Camera Certification
We obtained our Sewer Camera Training Certification to best help our clients when purchasing their mountain home! 9 out of 10 times, the home is on a septic system, which is where this camera comes in handy! We are one of the only home inspectors in the area that offers a sewer scope service!
